At Xinghui Prints, most products are custom-made based on the customer’s artwork, size, quantity, material, color, and production requirements.

1. Shipping Cost

Unless otherwise stated, prices shown on our website may only include product cost.

Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated separately based on order quantity, product weight, package size, destination country or region, and selected shipping method.

For custom or bulk orders, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm the final shipping cost with you.

2. Production Time and Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production begins only after payment, artwork confirmation, and order details have been confirmed.

Production time may vary depending on product type, artwork complexity, quantity, material, and order requirements.

Estimated production time will be confirmed before or after order confirmation based on the specific order details.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer international shipping options depending on the destination and order requirements.

Common shipping options may include:

  • FedEx Express: usually 4–7 business days after shipment
  • Standard air shipping: usually 5–14 business days after shipment

Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote areas, or other factors outside our control.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country or region.

These fees are not included in our product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges required by their local customs or carrier.

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, phone number, street address, city, state or province, postal code, and country.

Xinghui Prints is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, extra shipping charges, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or customs issue, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

6. Shipping Delays

We will do our best to arrange shipment as quickly as possible after production is completed.

However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, incorrect shipping information, holidays, weather, remote area service limitations, or other situations outside our control.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information, tracking number, and clear photos or videos if applicable.

We will help communicate with the shipping carrier and provide reasonable assistance based on the situation.

Please note that shipping carrier claims may require investigation time and supporting evidence.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number when available.

Customers can use the tracking number to check the shipment status through the carrier’s official website.
