What artwork files do you accept?
We prefer vector files such as AI, PDF, SVG, or EPS. High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted when the artwork is clear enough for production.
If your artwork needs cleanup, background removal, or layout adjustment, we can help before quoting or sampling.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product type and production process. Small batch orders are available for some transfer products, but larger quantities usually offer better pricing.
- DTF Transfers: small batch supported, better for combined orders.
- TPU Transfers: usually starts from around 50 pcs.
- Silicone Transfers: we recommend 100 pcs or more due to mold or setup cost.
- Embroidered Patches: usually starts from around 100 pcs.
Can I order samples before bulk production?
Yes. We can arrange sample production or photo proof confirmation depending on the product type. For products that require mold, screen setup, or embroidery digitizing, sample cost and setup cost will be confirmed before production.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on artwork approval, product type, quantity, material, and factory schedule. Many standard transfer orders can be produced quickly after artwork confirmation.
Products with mold, screen setup, embroidery digitizing, or complex custom details may need extra production time.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We support international shipping by express courier and air shipping. FedEx Express usually takes about 4–7 business days after shipment, while standard air shipping may take about 5–14 business days.
Final delivery time may vary by country, customs clearance, holidays, and courier schedule.
Do you support custom size, color, thickness, and finish?
Yes. Most of our products can be customized by size, color, thickness, shape, backing, surface finish, and application method.

For custom B2B orders, we usually confirm the quote, artwork, size, quantity, and production details before payment. Bulk orders can be arranged by invoice or manual payment after confirmation.
