How to Apply DTF Heat Transfers
Heat Press Machine Application
Recommended for bulk production. Suggested setting: 150–160°C / 10–15s / medium pressure.
Lay Garment Flat
Place the garment smoothly on the heat press.
Place Transfer
Position the DTF transfer accurately on the fabric.
Heat Press
Press for 10–15 seconds with stable pressure.
Peel Film
Peel hot or warm after pressing, then repress if needed.
Household Iron Application
For small test use only. A heat press machine is recommended for stable bulk production.
Lay Garment Flat
Smooth the fabric on a hard, stable surface.
Place Transfer
Align the design and keep the film flat.
Iron Press
Apply firm pressure section by section. Do not slide.
Peel Film
Peel carefully after pressing and check adhesion.
Recommended Setting
Use 150–160°C for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure. Actual settings may vary by fabric, artwork size, press type, and pressure.
Test Before Production
Always test on the actual fabric first to confirm adhesion, stretch, hand feel, and wash durability.
Wash After 24 Hours
Allow the transfer to fully set before washing. Cold wash and gentle handling help maintain the print.

What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is printed onto a special PET film and then transferred onto the garment with a heat press.
DTF transfers work well on cotton, polyester, blends, sportswear, and many custom apparel products. The pressing process usually takes about 10–15 seconds.
What is the minimum I can order?
For better pricing and production efficiency, we recommend ordering 50 pieces or more per order.
The minimum quantity per design is 10 pieces. We also support sample production before bulk orders.
What kind of press do I need?
A heat press machine is recommended for stable temperature, even pressure, and consistent production results.
A household iron can be used for small testing only, but it is not recommended for bulk production.
What sizes are available?
We offer fully custom sizes based on your design and application needs.
Small logos, chest prints, sleeve logos, neck labels, oversized back designs, and gang sheets are all available.
How do transfers hold up in the wash?
Our premium DTF transfers are made for daily wear with strong adhesion, stretch performance, and wash resistance.
For best results, wait 24 hours before washing, wash inside out with cold water, and avoid bleach.
How quickly can I get my order?
Standard production usually takes 1–2 business days after artwork approval.
Delivery time depends on your shipping method and destination. Express shipping is available for urgent orders.
What file format should my artwork be?
Vector artwork is preferred. Recommended file types include AI, PDF, SVG, and EPS.
We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files if the image is clear enough for production.
What is your refund policy?
Since DTF transfers are custom-made based on approved artwork, returns are not accepted for customer artwork issues or approved order changes.
If there is a production defect, please contact us with photos and order details. We will review the issue and provide a proper solution.
What affects the final price?
The final price mainly depends on transfer size, quantity, artwork details, and shipping requirements.
Larger sizes may also increase total shipping weight. We will recommend the most cost-effective option based on your design and quantity.
