Returns & Refund Policy
At Xinghui Prints, most products are custom-made based on each customer’s artwork, size, quantity, material, color, and production requirements. Please review this policy carefully before placing a custom order.
1. Custom-Made Products
Custom products include, but are not limited to, DTF heat transfers, UV DTF stickers, silicone transfers, TPU transfers, embroidered patches, woven labels, HTV transfers, custom patches, and other made-to-order branding products.
Since each order is produced specifically for the customer, custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for reasons such as:
- Change of mind after production has started.
- Incorrect artwork, file, size, quantity, color, or order details provided by the customer.
- Customer-approved artwork, proof, or sample later being changed.
- Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
- Incorrect heat pressing, washing, storage, or application by the customer.
2. Artwork, Color & Product Appearance
Product images, mockups, samples, and photos shown on our website, social media, ads, or during communication are for reference only. Due to differences in screen display, lighting, camera settings, fabric texture, material finish, production process, and production batches, the final product may have slight visual differences.
- Slight color differences between product photos and actual goods are considered normal.
- Slight differences in surface texture, gloss, thickness, hand feel, or material finish may occur due to production process and material characteristics.
- For custom colors, Pantone numbers or physical samples are recommended for more accurate color matching.
- Color differences caused by screen display, photo lighting, customer-provided artwork files, or fabric background are not considered production defects.
3. Order Review Before Production
Before production, customers are responsible for checking and confirming all order details carefully.
Once the order details, artwork, or sample are confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless there is a confirmed issue caused by our production.
4. Quality Issues or Production Defects
If your order has a confirmed production defect, wrong item, missing item, or quality issue caused by our production process, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide the following information for review:
- Order number or order reference.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Photos of the package, product labels, or shipping label if applicable.
- A short description of the problem and affected quantity.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a suitable solution based on the confirmed situation.
- Replacement or remake for confirmed production defects.
- Partial refund or store credit when appropriate.
- Other agreed solutions depending on the order situation.
5. Shortage, Missing Items or Wrong Quantity
If the order quantity is short, items are missing, or the wrong quantity is delivered due to our production, packing, or shipping handling error, we will review the case and provide a reasonable solution.
- Please contact us within 7 days after delivery if you find any shortage, missing item, or wrong quantity.
- Please provide photos or videos of the received products, package, and quantity count if available.
- If the shortage is confirmed to be caused by us, we will provide a solution such as remake, replacement, partial refund, store credit, or shipment of missing items.
- If the shortage is caused by incorrect order information, customer-side changes, incorrect delivery address, or third-party handling after delivery, additional cost may apply.
6. Return Shipping Cost
For custom-made products, returns are usually not required unless our team specifically requests the items to be returned for inspection.
- If the issue is caused by our confirmed production error, we will be responsible for the approved replacement or remake shipping cost.
- If the issue is caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional production cost and shipping cost.
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made products after production has started.
- Products made according to customer-approved artwork, proof, or sample.
- Products damaged by incorrect heat pressing, washing, storage, or application.
- Products with issues caused by customer-provided artwork, files, or order information.
- Products delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Clearance, sample, or special-order items unless otherwise agreed.
8. Shipping Damage
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos of the package and products.
We will help review the situation and communicate with the shipping carrier when necessary. Shipping carrier claims may require photos, package information, and delivery records.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or platform.
