2. Shipping Options

We usually provide two shipping options based on your budget and delivery time requirement.

3. Production Time

Production starts after artwork, size, quantity, material, and order details are confirmed.

• Most custom transfer orders are produced within 1–3 business days after artwork confirmation.
• Rush orders may ship as fast as 24–48 hours depending on product type and order quantity.
• Products requiring mold setup, sampling, or special materials may need more time.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees. These charges are usually the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping Delays

Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, remote area delivery, or incorrect shipping information.

6. Package Damage or Missing Items

If your package is damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos or videos. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our production, packing, or shipping handling error, we will provide a suitable solution.
