What is the minimum I can order?
We recommend starting from 100 pcs or more for better production efficiency and pricing. Smaller quantities may be possible depending on your design and process, but they are usually not cost-effective because setup, mold, or sample costs are still required. Discounts increase with bulk orders, so larger quantities will usually have a better unit price.
What kind of press do I need?
You can use a household iron, an industrial-level heat press, or anything in between depending on the product and application requirements. For the most stable result, we recommend using a heat press with controlled temperature, pressure, and time.
What sizes are available?
We can provide fully customized dimensions based on your design requirements. Please send your logo size, product use, and application area so we can recommend the best size for production.
What thicknesses are available?
We offer different thickness options for silicone transfer printing, including ultra-thin 0.2mm, standard 0.5mm, and raised 1.0mm effects. For premium 3D logos, 0.5mm and 1.0mm are commonly used.
Are patches washable?
Yes, patches are generally washable, but durability depends on the materials and backing used. To maximize longevity, wash garments inside out on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water, avoiding bleach and fabric softeners. Our patches withstand up to 50 wash cycles when cared for properly.
How fast can I get my order?
